  1. Do I need a separate account to earn Reward Credits from purchases made at participating online retailers through the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • No. As long as you begin your shopping experience logged in with your Total Rewards account through the Total Rewards Marketplace, Reward Credits earned from shopping at participating online retailers will be credited to your Total Rewards account within 45 days of your order shipping to you.

  2. Can I redeem Reward Credits for merchandise at this website?

    • No. Visit totalrewardsorders.com for information on how to redeem Reward Credits for great merchandise through the Total Rewards eCatalog.

  3. I am trying to go shopping and it says that I must have cookies enabled, what does this mean? What do I do?

    • Cookies must be enabled in your web browser to receive Reward Credits while shopping at many of our online retailers. Please check your browser Help section for more information on how to enable cookies.

  4. Why are cookies required?

    • Cookies are necessary for us to be able to track purchases in order to deposit Reward Credits to your account. This tracking function is performed using cookies both from DBG Loyalty (DBG), affiliate networks and from many of the online retailers in the Total Rewards Marketplace. Though the Total Rewards Marketplace does not require a cookie to access the web site, merchant and network cookies are required in order to successfully shop and receive Reward Credits earned. This is the only way you can earn Reward Credits.

  5. Can I go shopping through the Total Rewards Marketplace and give my Reward Credits to someone else?

    • Reward Credits will only be credited to the Total Rewards account provided when logging in to the Total Rewards Marketplace.

  6. Do I need to keep the order number I receive from the online retailer?

    • Yes. Order information you receive from an online retailer is reported back to the Total Rewards Marketplace in order to award Reward Credits earned. If you have questions regarding your Reward Credits earned from an online retailer, please click "Send us an Email" at the bottom of the Total Rewards Marketplace home page.

  7. What happened to the online retailer I was shopping at last week?

    • The Total Rewards Marketplace is continually trying to find the best online retailers for Total Rewards members. From time to time the available online retailers may change. If there is a particular online retailer that you would like to shop with, please contact us with your suggestion here.

  8. What browsers are required by the Total Rewards Marketplace website?

    • Any modern, standard compliant browser will work. The browser must be able to support frames, JavaScript, cookies and Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).

  9. How do I determine which browser I am using?

    • From your browser, go the Help menu and choose "About..." A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.

Shopping & Earning Reward Credits

  1. Do I need a Total Rewards account to go shopping and earn Reward Credits?

  2. How do I earn Reward Credits from online retailers through the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • You must click through a valid Shop Now link from the online retailer's page on the Total Rewards Marketplace website to earn Reward Credits for your purchases. You will be required to log in to your Total Rewards account prior to shopping at participating online retailers through the Total Rewards Marketplace to earn Reward Credits.

  3. How are Reward Credits that are earned from purchases made at participating online retailers through the Total Rewards Marketplace calculated?

    • Reward Credits are calculated on the net amount of eligible purchases. Taxes, special handling charges, returns, freight or shipping costs and any unshipped products are not included in the Reward Credit calculation. Individual online retailers determine eligible purchases. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each online retailer for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn Reward Credits.

  4. How many Reward Credits do I earn from purchases made at participating online retailers through the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • The number of Reward Credits earned per Dollar spent on the net amount of eligible purchases will vary by online retailer, and will be clearly stated on the Total Rewards Marketplace website. Taxes, special handling charges, returns, freight or shipping costs and any unshipped products are not included in the Reward Credit calculation. Individual online retailers determine eligible purchases. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each online retailer for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn Reward Credits.

    • If you pay for your purchase with your Total Rewards Visa® card, you will earn 1 Reward Credit per $1 spent from the Total Rewards Visa in addition to the Reward Credits earned from the Total Rewards Marketplace.

  5. After I make a purchase from a Total Rewards Marketplace online retailer, will I be notified that my purchase was successful and that I will receive Reward Credits for it?

    • In order to receive confirmations about your transactions with Total Rewards Marketplace, you must provide your email address and opt in from the Total Rewards Marketplace homepage. NOTE: This is separate from and not related to providing your email address and opting in to receive marketing communications from Total Rewards and its affiliated entities.

  6. After I make a purchase from a Total Rewards Marketplace online retailer, when will the Reward Credits be deposited to my Total Rewards account and become available for use?

    • Your Reward Credits will be posted to your Total Rewards account within 45 days of your purchase shipping to you. Some exceptions do apply. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each online retailer for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn Reward Credits.

    • If you pay for your Total Rewards Marketplace purchase with your Total Rewards Visa card®, Reward Credits earned from the Total Rewards Visa will post to your Total Rewards account within 3-5 days of your purchase.

  7. After I make a purchase from the Total Rewards Marketplace participating online retailer, how long will it be before I can verify my Reward Credits were posted to my account?

    • Each online retailer reports order transaction details for Total Rewards members on a regular basis. Your Reward Credits will be posted to your account in approximately 45 days from date of shipment. Some exceptions do apply. Only shipped products are eligible for Reward Credits. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each online retailer for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn Reward Credits.

  8. How do I know if my Reward Credits have posted to my Total Rewards account and are available for use?

    • You can log in to your Total Rewards account at TotalRewards.com or through the play by Total Rewards mobile app to review your personal Total Rewards account information, including your Reward Credit balance.

  9. Is there a limit to the number of Reward Credits that I can earn through the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • No. The more you shop - the more you can earn! As a reminder, you cannot earn Reward Credits for taxes, special handling charges, freight or shipping costs, and any unshipped or returned products. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each online retailer for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn Reward Credits.

  10. Do my Reward Credits ever expire?

    • Your Reward Credits will never expire as long as you earn just 1 Reward Credit every 6 months. You can keep your Reward Credit balance active in many ways, such as by making purchases on the Total Rewards Marketplace. However, please keep in mind that Reward Credits must post to your Total Rewards account within the 6 month period to keep your Reward Credit balance active. If the Reward Credits from your Total Rewards Marketplace purchase (which can take up to 45 days from date of shipment) do not post to your Total Rewards account by the account expiration date, your Reward Credit balance will expire.

  11. Can I earn Reward Credits for shopping at an online retailer that I don't see on this website?

    • No. You must click through a valid link from the Total Rewards Marketplace website and transact with one of the participating online retailers to earn Reward Credits.

  12. If I am just browsing and don't make a purchase, can I go back directly to the online retailer at a later date and receive Reward Credits?

    • No. You must return to the Total Rewards Marketplace website and click through the link(s) for that specific online retailer(s) to earn Reward Credits.

  13. I shopped and made a purchase directly with an online retailer that is on the Total Rewards Marketplace website, but did not click through from the Total Rewards Marketplace homepage. Can I earn Reward Credits for my purchase even though I did not click through the website?

    • No. You must click through the links on the Total Rewards Marketplace to earn Reward Credits.

  14. How do returns, exchanges and/or backorders affect the Reward Credits earned for the purchase I make through the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • If any part of a qualifying order is returned to the online retailer, your Reward Credits for that transaction may be reduced or removed from your Total Rewards account. Please check each online retailer's policy for returns.

  15. Can I upgrade my Tier Status by shopping in the Total Rewards Marketplace?

    • No, Reward Credits earned through the Total Rewards Marketplace do not count towards Tier Status. To earn Tier Credits, be sure to present your Total Rewards card for everything you do on property - gaming, shopping, dining, and more! See www.totalrewards.com for more information.

    • Did you start your shopping experience at the Total Rewards Marketplace?

      To earn Reward Credits, please be sure to start your shopping experience at the Total Rewards Marketplace website and logging in to your Total Rewards account.

    • Has it been 45 days since the date of your purchase shipping to you?

      Please note that it can take up to 45 days from the date of your purchase shipping for Reward Credits to post to your Total Rewards account (some retailers may require additional processing time).
